Krishna Menon truly saved my bacon. I had put down an advance of 15K for a house and supposedly had a pre-approval in my hand. My old house was to be closed 2-weeks ahead of the closing of my new house, when the buyer of old house turned up crying that her pre-approval was cancelled. I turned to my bank and they refused to allow two mortgages in my name for even a short period. In fact they turned around and added a clause that I must show funds from the previous sale, effectively rendering the pre-approval useless. At this stage, a friend of ours (and a satisfied client of Krishna) directed us to Krishna. He understood the constraints of the buyer of my old house, my constraints, then turned around and found us both appropriate lenders who offered us each unbelievable well-tailored deals. I am now happily writing this recommendation from my new home.
