As an Appraiser, it’s always a pleasure to work with a mortgage professional who is organized, timely and appreciative of the work appraisers do, which are qualities Krishna possesses. Recently, we worked on a rush order file for his client that was completed in a timely manner in part to Krishna’s efficiency and instructions to his client. I Have a positive experience with Krishna. My bank dumped me few days before the closing date. I got the mortgage extension from the sellers and I started paying the per diem. I was struggling and about to lose my 25 k deposit and more. This was when I was referred to Krishna by a good friend. He is helpfull, competent and he was able to arrange home equity funds which bank were not able to help before the last day of my last extension. Krishna was beside me throughout the all process and even gave me an extra time to arrange his broker fee. I am very grateful and I highly recommend him.
